Responsibilities:

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Answer calls and emails incoming to the Service Desk 
  • Assist users with issues relating to PC's, Microsoft Office, applications, and network
  • Provide basic administration of Access Management, End User Management, accounts, and passwords 
  • Escalate incidents to the appropriate IT teams
  • Follow the monthly shift schedule
  • Continuous effort to meet high customer satisfaction 
  • Own your career: work towards the goals, proactive development from internal and external sources 
  • Ready to be shifted in on-call during weekends (2 days/month)
  • This role requires 2 days/week physical office attendance following Celanese’s hybrid policy 

Qualifications:

What YOU will bring to the team:

  • Customer friendly English and German communication skills (written and oral), intermediate level language skills required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10, Office 365, and Internet Browsers
  • Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines 
  • Proactive approach and strong process adherence 
  • Problem-focused thinking
  • Openness to learn and affinity towards IT
