Responsibilities:

  • Deep knowledge building in more EMEA countries’ HR Operations Processes (priority HU but covering other EMEA countries)
  • Advising actions in case of more complex processes for the respective HR Operations colleagues
  • Propose process and technical improvements and automated solutions for HR SSC processes and implementation
  • Deliver process and system trainings (SF, SNOW) for new hires in HR SSC
  • Create metrics, and higher-level reports, approach reporting with a consulting mindset
  • Process mass uploads in SF
  • Deliver system data clean-ups
  • Provided support for Service now tickets, completed investigation of complex issues within the given SLA
  • Ensure the data integrity between the different Global HR systems (SF, PHR)
  • Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required
  •  

Qualifications:

  • 7+ yrs experience in the field of HR Operation Processes
  • Experience in HR system maintenance and/or in reporting is an advantage
  • Experience in Process Improvements
  • VBA exam and macro writing ability is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Self confident knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law
  • Fluent English and other language is an advantage
  • MS Office Knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organizing skills
  • Precision, top administration and analytical skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude, excellent problem-solving skill
