Responsibilities:

Position is responsible for managing all transportation cost processing activities related to transportation movements (EMEA & NAFTA) and assist with resolution of freight invoice discrepancies for all modes of transportation is SAP Vendor Invoice Management and TMS Freight Payment.

 

Purpose and Summary of position:

  • Coordination Freight cost related activities
  • Identify incomplete shipment cost documents and complete or escalate
  • Ensure adherence to all Safety and Compliance written standard operating procedures and controls, transportation and logistics regulations
  • Dispute invoices with external carriers in case of invoice deviation
  • Act as a liaison between Logistics Procurement, Logistics Business Solution, Supply Chain and Accounts Payable
  • Investigate and resolve claims for all international and domestic freight.
  • Find root causes of payment issues and recommend solutions to internal and external customers
  • Validate extra costs by checking shipping documentation

Qualifications:

         Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:                  

  • Competency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Excel-formulas, Pivot-table)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • SAP and TMS experience is an advantage

    • Resilience, good stresshandling skill for a fast paced environment

     

    Required Years of Experience:

    • 2-3 years of Supply Chain experience or Customer Service Experience in relation to Supply Chain or a fresh graduate/or professional with fluent English language skills, competency in MS-Excel, the above mentioned soft skills and highly motivated to learn about the world of supply chain and logistics

     

     

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor or University
