Responsibilities:

  • Administration of the agreements between Business, Commercial and customers
  •  Contract administration and audit tasks
  •  Rebate and commission administration
  •  Ensure SOX documentation exists for Rebate reconciliation
  •  Pricing entry into SFDC or other Eco-system Tool (e.g. SAP)
  •  Formula Price calculation
  •  Sample Entries in SFDC
  •  Ensure SOX documentation exists for pricing approval validation
  •  Customer Master Data set-up needs
  •  Quote management: track, respond and follow-up for new existing products

Qualifications:

Fluency in English 
• 2-3 years in a customer service, sales support or related role
• College or university degree
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Commercial and supply chain process knowledge, ideally rebates, pricing, commissions and contracts
• Experience in MS Office package and preferably in using SAP, BI, PROS
• Ability to actively follow-up open task 
• Troubleshooting/ problem solving skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under stress
