Training and Learning Management Specialist

YOU will be involved in the following tasks

Training and Learning Management Specialist will work with SME’s to help create training content for the Manufacturing Technical Training Program and administer courses in Navigator Learning Management System.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify relevant training content
• Utilize content development tools to create training materials for traditional instructor-led courses, on demand courses, and blended learning programs
• Write or edit copy for instructional text or audio narration
• Create training support content such as quick reference guides, knowledge checks, learner activities, and course assessments
• Coordinate instructor led training courses, including scheduling and setup
• Maintain records of training activities and attendance.
• Create and/or update content to deploy via Navigator Learning Management System (SAP Success Factors)
• Load and administer courses in Navigator Learning Management System
• Run reports in Navigator Learning Management System
• Test new functionality in Navigator Learning Management System and help train manufacturing site administrators on new functionality

Required Skills

• Ability to learn new software tools quickly (such as content development applications and learning management systems)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
• Verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leadership and subject matter experts
• Skilled in time management, organization, planning and prioritization, ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet deadlines
• Proficient in English – verbal and written

Additional Skills

• Experience in a learning and development or training role
• Experience with a Learning Management System
• Experience in Instructional Design
• Experience in course development software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, iSpring, etc.
• Experience in video creation and editing
• Additional spoken/written languages
