Responsibilities:

YOU will be involved in the following tasks

  • Answer calls and emails incoming to the Service Desk 
  • Assist users with issues relating to PC's, Microsoft Office, applications, and network
  • Provide basic administration of Access Management, End User Management, accounts, and passwords 
  • Escalate incidents to the appropriate IT teams
  • Follow the monthly shift schedule
  • Continuous effort to meet high customer satisfaction 
  • Own your career: work towards the goals, proactive development from internal and external sources 
  • Ready to be shifted in on-call during weekends (2 days/month)
  • This role requires 2 days/week physical office attendance following Celanese’s current internal workability policy 

Qualifications:

What YOU will bring to the team

  • Customer friendly English and Italian communication skills (written and oral) 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10, 11, Office 365, and Internet Browsers 
  • Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines 
  • Proactive approach and strong process adherence
