Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to a few (Senior) Managers at a time
  • Complex travel arrangements
  • Complex calendar management
  • Organizing lunches, team events and volunteering activities
  • Processing expense reports
  • Meet and greet international guests i.e. executives, auditors and employees of all levels and facilitate their meetings and events if required
  • Acting as a backup for peers

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Able to work independently yet a strong team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills towards all levels of staff and peers
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to identify a sense of urgency and deadlines and act accordingly
  • Proactive and maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Relevant experience or secretarial education
  • Fluent in English in both writing and speech
  • Fluent in Dutch is a pre
