                                    We are looking for an Account Manager Food Ingredients (m/f/d)

                          To support our team from Home Office based in Germany, Italy, Netherlands or Belgium

Responsibilities:

• Manage regional direct accounts and distributors in EMEA
• Develop sales in Europe with focus on EMEA
• Business development for preservatives and sweeteners in food and non-food categories, incl. Pharma, home care, cosmetic and personal care
• Partners with Marketing and R&D team in account planning, relationship development and general account maintenance
• Create and manage a strong pipeline
• Continually assess market and competitive situation in the assigned areas of responsibility
• Conducts general account activities such as customer visits, accurate forecasting, call reports, sampling and activation of supportive functions within Celanese

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of commercial experience in Sales of Ingredients for Home Care, Food, Pharma, Cosmetics or Personal Care Industry
• Strong negotiation skills, can show ability to forge effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally
• Good business acumen
• Having strong result orientation and systematic approach to account management
• Strong communication skills: written and verbal in English + other European language (knowledge of other languages a plus)
• Stress resistant and result oriented proactive solution provider
• Bachelor‘s degree in business, marketing, food technology or chemistry
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and SFDC
