We are looking for an Account Manager Food Ingredients (m/f/d)
To support our team from Home Office based in France.
• Manage global and regional key accounts and regional distributors in Europe
• Develop sales in Europe with focus on Central and South Europe
• Business development for preservatives and sweeteners in food and non-food categories, incl.
Pharma, home care, cosmetic and personal care
• Partners with Marketing and R&D team in account planning, relationship development and
general account maintenance
• Create and manage a strong pipeline
• Continually assess market and competitive situation in the assigned areas of responsibility
• Conducts general account activities such as customer visits, accurate forecasting, call reports,
sampling and activation of supportive functions within Celanese
• 4- 5 years of commercial customer facing experience
• Commercial experience in sales and new business development and project management
• Strong negotiation skills and contracting knowledge, can show ability to forge effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally
• Good business acumen
• Having strong result orientation and systematic approach to account management
• Strong communication skills: written and verbal in English + other European language (knowledge of other languages a plus)
• Stress resistant and result oriented proactive solution provider, able to deal with a challenging targets
• Bachelor‘s degree in business, marketing, food technology or chemistry
• Excellent presentation and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and SFDC
• Able to work well in matrix organization
