For our Budapest Business Services Center we are currently looking for a 

 

Sr Associate - Rate & Route Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Rate & Route is the master data of Logistics and has also Operational Logistics Procurement responsibilities. The team has a global responsibility in maintaining information for all shipping modes: Rate and Route Coordinator is maintaining freight rates in Transportation Management System based on tender output or spot requests, is responsible for accruals and for globally maintaining routes in different systems (TMS, SAP) to define the lane, carrier, shipping point, destination, shipment mode and transit time for stock transfer orders and sales orders.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years expereince in similar roles
  • Fluent in English
  • University degree
  • Proven data entry skills
  • PC skills (SAP PR3, Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Experience in Logistics or Operational Procurement or Master Data
  • Good time management
  • Effective prioritization skills
