For our European Headquarter in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) we are currently looking for a


Sr Specialist Change Management S&OP (m/f/d)


  • Work closely together with the Supply Chain Transformation project teams to develop and execute change management activities for the assigned projects
  • Support the global project leads and Transformational Change Management Lead to understand timelines, change impacts, and potential organizational risks, and develop detailed, project-level change management plans
  • Create communication to inform the organization about the key developments, milestones, change impacts on a regular basis
  • Present/support key project updates at project staff meetings and employee team meetings
  • Execute on both global and regional change management level, plans for the assigned projects
  • Support the development of training material and the delivery of end user training for key initiatives
  • Help the business lines to update roles & responsibilities, job aides, and standard operating procedures to ensure new capabilities are understood and adopted
  • Serve as an advocate for change within the project
  • Identify and address potential organizational risks to successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities
  • Conduct change and organizational impact assessments, and employee satisfaction assessments


  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience designing and executing successful organizational change management programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Change Management, Psychology, Business Management, or in any related field
  • Fluent English knowledge required, German or Dutch knowledge would be desirable
  • Proven experience of managing change within high value, time-constrained projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing project communications across multiple channels – web, social media, posters…etc.
  • Familiarity with facilitating user acceptance testing and end user training for new technologies
  • Strong Microsoft Office related skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word…etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • PROSCI or ACMP change management certification would be a big plus
  • Experience in reviewing learning content and materials, and with supply chain projects would be desirable
